Return & Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will give a full refund, as long as the goods are returned to us within 14 days of reciept. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of customers reciept of product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
Delivery Information
Standard delivery to England Wales and Scotland mainland is £ 15.00 when spending under £ 500.00 total cost. Anything there after is free delivery. For installation for furniture only the cost is £ 30.00 this includes assembley , location of the product within the home and removal of all packaging. Delivery time will confirmed on reciept of order.
Prices
Goods are charged at prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT, prices are correct at publication, errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be accepted at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
